BRS Sağlık Yatırım Anonim Şirketi places importance on ensuring the security of your personal data. Accordingly, as the Data Controller, we process the personal data you submit to us through the “Contact” section of our website within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the relevant legislation; and we hereby present this clarification text to inform you transparently about our personal data processing activities.
Processing of Your Personal Data, Collection Method and Legal Grounds:
If you complete the form available in the “Contact” section of our website, your name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address and any personal data you provide to us in the message field are collected electronically by automated means. Please do not include any special categories of personal data or any personal data that is not directly related to your request in the message field.
- receiving, reviewing and responding to your contact requests, questions, suggestions, complaints or applications;
- contacting you and conducting communication processes;
- fulfilling our legal obligations depending on the nature of your request and protecting our rights in the event of potential disputes.
Your personal data are processed based on the legal grounds set forth under the second paragraph of Article 5 of the KVKK, namely where processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that such processing does not prejudice the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject; where processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, provided that it is directly related thereto; and where processing is mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations.
Transfer of Your Personal Data:
Your personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary for the purposes specified above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, with service providers located in Türkiye and our business partners located in Türkiye. If website, e-mail, hosting, CRM, security or similar technical infrastructure services are provided through service providers located abroad, your personal data may be transferred abroad in accordance with the adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards or relevant exceptional transfer mechanisms stipulated under Article 9 of the KVKK.
Retention of Your Personal Data:
Your personal data will be retained for the period necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, taking into account the retention periods and limitation periods stipulated under the relevant legislation. Upon expiry of the retention period or disappearance of the processing purpose, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the KVKK and the relevant legislation.
Your Rights:
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data are being processed;
- Request information regarding the processing activity;
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data are used in accordance with such purpose;
- Learn the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred;
- Request rectification if your personal data have been processed incompletely or inaccurately;
- Request deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the KVKK;
- Request notification of rectification, deletion or destruction of your personal data to third parties to whom such data have been transferred;
- Object to any result that is to your detriment arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems; and
- Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may submit your requests regarding the exercise of the above-mentioned rights, together with information and documents verifying your identity, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller, to the e-mail address info@brssaglikyatirim.com.tr. Your applications will be concluded as soon as possible and in any event within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request.
